Who uses Wrath
Wrath is a missile weapon runeword requiring Pul, Lum, Ber, and Mal, available at level 63. Its frequent chance to cast Decrepify and Life Tap provides useful curses, but the large damage bonuses apply only to demons and undead, which limits its effectiveness against other enemy types. The added magic and lightning damage give some elemental coverage. Because the demon and undead damage is treated as off-weapon enhanced damage, the raw damage output is lower than other bows of similar cost. It can be strong against act bosses and undead-heavy areas, but it is situational for general farming. It is not ladder-restricted.
